Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.  By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.  Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. Please contact us with any queries before placing an order.

These terms may change from time to time without notice to you.  Changes will apply to any future orders received.  Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

PRODUCTS, PRICES AND CONTENT

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

Occasionally manufacturers make slight changes to garments without advising us and the picture may show a slightly different style to the style you receive. Some accessories are added by the manufacturer and are limited to our first delivery, these extras are deemed to be a bonus by the manufacturer so when these items run out, and any accessories shown in the picture may not actually be included.

PRICE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, and Solo.

Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place an order.  We will e-mail you to confirm dispatch.

VAT is applied at the government rate of 20% to garments size 38 chest and above, 29 waist and above and shoe size 7 and above.  Please see link Customs.hmrc.gov.uk for full details regarding VAT rules.

We currently do not ship overseas.

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION

Your credit/debit will be charged when you place the order.  All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage and we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Lucilla Schoolwear London Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

IN STORE RETURNS

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its http://thehistoryhacker.com/2013/08/12/a-proposal-to-officially-legalize-the-secession-of-states-from-the-union/?replytocom=935 original condition* within 28 days of receipt.

*Returning items must http://taltybaptistchurch.org/events/list/?tribe-bar-date=2018-03-24 not be worn have their labels attached to the garment, and all original packaging.

*Items that are reduced or are on sale are non-refundable, however, we may offer you an exchange or a credit note.

*For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges to garments classed as underwear. This includes all socks, tights and swimwear.

*PE kits, and other items, that have had student names printed on are not returnable.

*Special orders/made to order items/adjusted items are non-returnable.

Returns must be made to the original method of payment.

ONLINE RETURNS

Any goods purchased can be returned within 28 days of delivery.  As above, returning items must be unused and in its original packaging. We can not refund items which have been personalised.

To return items, customers can come to the store or post items back to us. If coming to the store please be aware we have to refund back to your original payment method.

If posting, please include a note stating your:

  • Original order number
  • The reason for returning the product
  • Whether you require a refund or an exchange (and what item you are exchanging for)

Please ensure that you send returned goods by recorded or registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

After we receive the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We ask for your name, telephone number, home address and e-mail address.  When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details.  We may obtain information about your usage of our website to help us develop and improve it further.

WHAT WILL THE DATA BE USED FOR?

Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order and to notify you about important functionality changes.

We will also send you e-mail newsletters from time to time to inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers from us.  If you do not wish to receive e-mail newsletters simply unsubscribe from the e-mail at any time or send an e-mail to info@lucillaschoolwear.co.uk in each case writing “unsubscribe” in the subject heading.
